A Message from Jitao Huo

When I began my career in engineering and robotics, I was fascinated by the intersection of mechanical precision and human need. Over the past decade, I have had the privilege of working across industries and regions, from Shanghai to Dubai, gaining hands-on experience in project management, deployment, and scaling of robotic systems. My work with leading companies in robotics and technology has allowed me to see both the challenges and the immense opportunities this sector presents.

Through these experiences, one fact became clear: robotics cannot remain confined to industrial spaces or isolated labs. The world is ready for practical, accessible, and customizable robotics solutions. At the same time, I watched Web3 evolve into a powerful digital infrastructure that transforms ownership, incentives, and community participation. XENO Robotics was born out of the conviction that these two worlds must meet.

At XENO, our goal is simple but ambitious. We want to make robotics accessible to businesses and individuals worldwide while embedding them into a decentralized ecosystem where growth is shared, transparent, and community-driven. By combining robotics with Web3, we are building an entirely new economy—where a robot is not just a tool, but a part of a wider system of ownership, revenue sharing, and innovation.
